CEIS Ayrshire is a social enterprise based in the West of Scotland. We have extensive experience of working with marginalised communities and individuals, including young people and understand the needs and barriers faced both by the people involved, and the organisations seeking to support and engage with them. CEIS Ayrshire’s strength lies in the delivery of successful employment support projects and building the capacity of local communities and partners to take on the running of these initiatives after a pilot phase, and accredited vocational, personal and social training, employment support projects and building the capacity of local communities and partners. They are also involved in supporting entrepreneurship, business start up and support. We have also been involved in supporting other agencies to take on various targeted employability, training and engagement approaches, project set up, project improvement and enhancements as well as improving employability performance.
We provide a client centered business, built around a core set of values, including commitment to achieve the best for each individual jobseeker, no matter how distant from the labour market, and meeting the needs of employers.
